By using this website and placing an order with Customs by K, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Order Agreement

All items created by Customs by K are custom and made to order. Because items are personalized specifically for each client, all sales are considered final once production begins.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required before work begins on any custom order. Orders are not started until payment requirements are completed.

Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing all design previews, spelling, dates, and details before approval. Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Customs by K is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.

Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on the type of order, order size, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed due to the custom nature of the work.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include additional fees.

No Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once production has started.

If there is an issue with an order due to an error on our part, Customs by K will work with the client to resolve the issue.

Event dates

Customs by K is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

All designs created by Customs by K remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its functionality, or use its content without permission.

Changes to Terms

Customs by K reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
