Customs by K – Custom Order Policies
Custom Orders
All items from Customs by K are custom designed and made to order. Because each item is personalized, orders must be submitted through the Custom Order Request form on this website.
Submitting a request does not guarantee order acceptance. Each request is reviewed to confirm availability, production time, and design details before approval.
Order Approval Process
Once a request is submitted:
Your order details are reviewed.
If the order can be completed within the requested timeframe, you will receive confirmation with the next steps to move forward.
Orders are secured only after the required deposit is received.
Deposit Policy
A 75% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work or production begins.
Deposits secure your order in the production schedule and allow work on your custom design to begin.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipment.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 5 or more business days after deposit and design approval.
Turnaround time may vary depending on:
• Order size
• Design complexity
• Current production schedule
Same-day or next-day orders are not accepted.
Orders are scheduled based on the requested need-by or event date provided in the
order form.
Design Mockups & Approval
Design mockups are created after the deposit is received.
Customers must review and approve their design before production begins.
Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because all items are custom made:
• Deposits are non-refundable after work has started.
• Completed custom items are not eligible for refunds
• Orders canceled after design work has begun will forfeit the deposit
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying all details before approving their design, including:
• Names
• Spelling
• Dates
• Sizes
• Colors
Customs by K is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final design.
Pickup & Shipping
Orders may be picked up locally or shipped.
Shipping time is determined by the carrier and is separate from production time.
Customs by K is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been shipped.
Communication
Most communication regarding custom orders will take place through email or phone after a request is submitted.
Please allow time for responses as each order is handled individually with care and
attention to detail.

By submitting a Custom Order Request through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies listed above.
